Conducting a monthly exam will help you to determine if there are any changes that have occurred in your breasts.
This exam does not take the place of a mammogram but it could be a life saver for you.
If you do not know how to examine your breasts properly this video provides information on how to conduct a self-examination.
After you have completed your self examination please call up your family and sista/friends and remind them to do the same.

My wife is obsessed with her breasts....almost as much as I am. She has had a couple of instances of breast cancer in her family, so she is quick to check herself fairly regularly.
