2012 FROM MY BROWN EYED VIEW

It might seem like I have been slacking in my post writing. I have been busy preparing for my mom's knee replacement surgery which took place this past Thursday.

I am happy to report that she is recovering very well.

I can also admit that I was a bit apprehensive about this procedure because my mom is now 79 years old.  Even though this is a routine surgery that many people go through, not everyone is my mom.

My mother needed to have a replacement done to help ease the pain that she was enduring daily.  I am always in awe about her attitude regarding her health care.  She went in with a positive attitude and that still prevails as she begins to heal over.

So, now that my mom is on the road to recovery, I will be back on the grind with views from my perspective.
