Governor Sarah Palin announced that she is resigning as govenor of Alaska on July 26, 2009.(Stop laughing! This is not a joke.)
All I want to know is this, did all of the speech writers for the GOP get kicked off of the payroll? Because she could of used one prior to holding a press conference today. I have viewed the video three times and I'm still clueless about her reasons for this move. (link)

I listened to her announcement over and over again too and for the life of me I could not figure out WTH she was saying. She was all over the place.
