At the beginning of every month I post a reminder for you to check your breasts. After your self examination is completed call your family members and sista friends to remind them to do the same thing.
Early detection is the key to saving lives! If you discover changes in your breasts do not ignore what is happening. Contact your doctor immediately! If you do not have a physician or medical coverage-don't let that stop you from seeking medical help. Sisters Network Inc., The Komen Foundation and The American Cancer Society have resources to help you.
